Please be advised that effective May 21, 2007, the LMA Board has approved a Resolution which increases the refundable damage/cleaning deposit to $250.00 and the non-refundable usage fee to $50.00. This has been done due to the recent numerous episodes of pavilion users leaving the pavilion and park area unclean and unfit for the following user. This increase in fees will not apply to events sponsored by a Lansbrook HOA.

Also, the Board has decided that no special services will be performed prior to the private functions at the park. LMA will not move the picnic tables or participate in any setup activities. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
