LANSBROOK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.
OFFICIAL SIGNAGE POLICY
ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
SEPTEMBER 24, 2001

  1. No signs whatsoever (including, but not limited to, commercial and similar signs) shall, without the prior written approval from Lansbrook Master Association, Inc., be installed, altered or maintained on any portion of the Common Areas of Lansbrook, except:

    1. Homeowner Association event signs
    2. Garage sale signs (also known as moving sale, furnishing sale, etc.)
    3. Real estate "Open House" signs

  2. The above-listed allowable signs may be displayed only between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on the day of the event. The Association reserves the right to remove any signage placed in violation of this policy, including any allowable sign in place before 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM. The Association shall have the right to hold the Member responsible for any costs incurred for removal of a sign placed in violation of this policy and for any damage to the Common Area.

  3. All allowable signage placed on Common Areas in accordance with this policy shall state the name of the Member or the address of the property for which such signage applies.

    The Member shall be responsible to ensure that placement of the sign does not create any hazardous or unsafe conditions.

  4. The Member is responsible for any and all damages or costs incurred by the Master Association in relation to any sign placed by the Member, or the Member's agent(s).

  5. The maximum size for any allowable sign shall be 18" X 24"; the maximum height from ground level shall be four feet (4') to the top of the sign.

  6. Any sign not listed above as an allowable sign shall be prohibited unless written permission is received from Lansbrook Master Association prior to placement.
