Lansbrook is a beautiful, deed-restricted community located along the eastern shore of Lake Tarpon in Palm Harbor, Pinellas County, Florida. There will be 1,835 homes in Lansbrook when all construction is completed. Amenities include the Lakefront Park with boat launching and docking facilities, picnic and children's play areas, as well as a pavilion which may be reserved by Lansbrook homeowners for private parties. The Commons Park facilities include soccer fields, basketball courts and children's play area. Lansbrook's lush parkways and grounds are maintained by a six member maintenance staff. The community's irrigation system is the largest privately owned system in Pinellas County, with three large pumping stations supplying irrigation water to all common areas. There are 20 individual communities, or villages, within Lansbrook, each with its own homeowners' association and board of directors. Detailed information regarding the villages is provided on a following page. The Lansbrook Master Association (LMA) is governed by a seven member board of directors, who are elected each year at the Annual Membership Meeting for two year terms. Each community appoints a delegate, who votes on behalf of that community, having one vote per lot. The 2008 LMA Board of Directors is as follows:

The Board normally meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM. Meetings may be subject to rescheduling due to holidays or summer recess. Meeting signs are posted at the main entry and at the south end of the community at least 48 hours in advance, and should be consulted for details regarding meeting location, etc. Board meetings for 2008 are currently scheduled as shown below. Meetings will held in the East Lake Firehouse on Tarpon Lake Blvd.

Lansbrook Master Association is managed by Sterling Management Services. The Sterling Management team is headed by Maureen Connelly, who can be reached at 727/299-9555 Monday through Friday. E-mail inquiries may be sent to mconnolly@sterlingmgnt.com A revised Parks Rules and Regulations booklet was published in January 2002, and is available free of charge to Lansbrook homeowners. Reservations for the pavilion at the Lakefront Park may be made through Sterling Management Services on a first come, first served basis. A contract form is available on this site for downloading and completion. A $250.00 refundable deposit is required for all functions. A $50.00 non-refundable usage fee is required for parties of 25 guests or more. The $50.00 charge does not apply to functions officially sponsored by one of the villages. Gate access key cards to Lakefront Park are distributed free of charge to the first owner of each Lansbrook home only. Keys should be given to purchasers of a home at closing. Replacement keys may be purchased through Sterling Management for a $50.00 charge.
